I got a new home it was a birthday gift from a very old friend of mine. I'm fond of old things and the stories behind them from the sewing machine back then to the sewing machine right now and now I want to learn a lot more about t😄
I love the quality of vintage machines. Just in awe of them every time I see one. I also have a small collection for my personal use. All of them running. Thanks Mr. A
Hi Alex loved your review on this amazing machine I had to hunt one down and you are RIGHT !! Amazing. Wish it was a portable like yours and as in nice shape in came in a treadle. You are the best and hope all is well. Sending a big Hug from Alberta Canada should get it in a few days ;-)
Thank you for nice video 🌞I have a very similar mashine to this, and it brought lots of memories! If only I knew how much to oil it-i use to drown whole holes in there and leave generous splash on anything what's spining 😂 in your terms I see-it was bancrupsy coming!😂 I was 18 then...

Hello Alex. Do you have a Singer 115? I recently brought home a Singer 115, made in 1916. I think it is Singer's later design with features similar to W&W 9w, made from 1912 to 1924. Have you ever made a video on the Singer 115? My 115 has ginger bread decals. I did a light restore and it sews wonderfully. Thanks.

They used whale oil in 1880`s? By the way, pig fat is excellent lubricant.
