Im in my late 40s, unable to heal childhood trauma, pain, grief, I'm earning but with no roof of my own, childless(not by choice), betrayed by spouse and almost abandoned. Unable to digest life as it has revealed to me. Can I heal myself ?
Loneliness and the role of childhood trauma is well established. Pls encourage the discussions around specific childhood experiences that are clearly linked to loneliness in adults. Ample research. So that the discussions can be specific and not generic.
Thank you so much. I’m glad you enjoyed the podcast. Will keep your suggestions in mind for the next episode around this topic. To support us, pls share about us in your groups and social media. Will be a great help 😊

Hi Shobha,Thank you for offering a fresh perspective on loneliness in your podcast. It has shattered many of the myths I once believed and allowed me to deeply explore new dimensions of loneliness. Your content has been truly insightful and transformative for me. Thank you again for another exceptional podcast! You’re amazing, and I truly appreciate your work. Keep up the great work!Much love, Ashok Reen.
extremely fearful of living a lonely life so much so that it feels like we need someone at least to fight with if not to be in love. Anxiety, insecurity, fear, hypervigilant, hyper independent...everything is there. How to overcome this? Steps to begin with?
Awareness of the root cause and working on it is one the best ways to deal with it. If someone can’t do it themselves or lack multidimensional perspective because it’s not easy to discover it for oneself, the best would be to consult a professional.
What you’re talking about is solitude my friend. It’s the other side. I’m glad you enjoyed the podcast. To support us, pls share about us in your groups and social media. Will be a great help 😊

There are some amazing points as usual. I am turning 50 soon (a BTech from IIT ). I was just telling my wife last week when I went to native to take care of my father for his surgery and after care - I am discovering myself on how I will behave. I am not forcing myself with anything but let my natural flow come into effect. I am always introspecting myself about what makes me sad , happy , angry. My wife asked me you are a spiritual person but you get angry at times. What’s the use of spirituality. I said “I recognize my anger and continuously introspect the same. It helps me understand I am wrong at times and also not to be hard on myself for the same.” About the lingerie topic - I have made a rule that I should always have at least 15 underwear in as new condition. I need abundant of them. It kind of makes sense that I care about my inner self.
Ma'am, this is really informative, like your other interviews. A generic feedback in case you might be interested, I think your questions are amazing but you get too verbose to get to the question. Eventually, its starts to feel like the listeners get to listen your opinions more than the person whom you are interviewing. Not that your opinions arent valuable, but it helps the listners if interviewee's opinions are heard more.
Hi. Thank you for watching. I’m glad you enjoy watching it. Just to clarify, this is a podcast, not an interview. This is an issue in India right now that people confuse the podcast with an interview. But we are evolving. Additionally, like everybody else, I have my own unique style of executing my vision. Pls realign your expectations and you’ll be able to watch it with more patience and intent. Moreover, we mention all the details about our guests in the description. Pls look up their pages if you’re further interested in their work. Hope this helps 🙏
Actually, it's not about being alone or be a part of crowd... it's about in whatsoever situation you are, what you choose to be... Good Video, very informative one point that i would like to add from my perspective that nobody wants to be lonely in life people are made to feel lonely in different aspects of life. People are made to feel lonely because of multitude of reasons such as one person is not able to socialize in social settings then he will considered as a misfit. The only solution is people should look beyond compatibility and vibes, there are other things that should be taken into consideration when a person is not able to socialize in different social groups. This lead to isolation, insecurity, negative self talk, In accordance to me this is the reason many people are suffering from loneliness. This is what i said in the beginning that that nobody wants to be lonely in life people are made to feel lonely. Let me know if you agree Thanks.
I understand why you feel this way. The way out would be find your tribe and it takes time. A lot of time. But there are people with whom you’ll feel expressing yourself more 😊
What is all about personality type then, if everyone react in a same way..... introverts are easy with solitude, HSP are more prone to mental unease, some prefer quality over quantity..... And if someone think out of social norms😊
That’s a broad question to answer here in comments. If you really want to ask something by pls be specific. I’m glad you watched the podcast. To support us, pls share it within your groups. It would mean a lot 😊🙏

Wake up with a smile to smile experience this world once again for one more day. Feel grateful, cherish the opportunity god has given. Do best what you can do for family. Don’t feel great when appreciated and don’t feel down when you are not. Remember everyone is learning and you don’t know which curve they are at.
