Oh, right. Boomerang didn't have an HD feed until January 2020
I think the reason the old green outro would show up on dexters lab and cow in chicken after 1998 when the blue one was introduced was because the people at carton network saved the green outro to every episode of dexters lab when the green outro was introduced in late 1997. But when they came out with the blue intro in 1998, they didn't save it to the end of each episode but rather manually play it every time a show ended.
Well it didnt show up on Johnny Bravo though

I think the reason why a Cartoon Cartoon outro appeared at the end was probably because Boomerang used a master of a Dexter’s Lab episode from when it originally appeared, hence that.
This is such a bizarre thing to probably ever happen to Boomerang. I’m guessing someone who worked on editing programming for the channel really didn’t inspected everything. I remember seeing a similar error on a s3 e1 airing of Dexter’s Lab, the audio had the incorrect dub.
