I would like to add that having a supportive friend circle and family is no less than a blessing! Whenever you feel low/demotivated , just talk about it and vent it off. Besides, one must do something to refresh the mind everyday , preferably outdoors, can be as simple as a stroll in park or terrace while listening to music. This really helps amidst all the boredom of studying day and night in the same room daily.

You may write diaries, you may write very detailed diary, of what you did and what you want to do in life. Play , go to gym (I should not be saying that though 😊) But do something in the background, which can give you some solace after day’s work.
