FINALLY. An all in one video explaining the intricate productivity system of Cal Newport. I no longer have to try to connect all the dots together. Thank you!
First of all, your voice is extremely pleasant & soothing to listen to so that makes this video so much better. Also, thanks for the amazing visuals, that made everything so much easier to understand & also because I'm a visual learner. You got yourself a subscriber! ❤️
thanks, that was really helpful and well done. Subscribed! I have Cal's Planner in front of me, but I'm intimidated. Your video made it much easier to approach, so I can make sure I get my things done :)
I am glad you enjoyed the video and thank you for your positive comments! Very encouraging to me. There are more details about how to plan your day / week using time blocking in my other videos as well, eg th-cam.com/video/X5PWwN7QThU/w-d-xo.html
Amazing video summary! Can you link me to where he explicitly talks about his capture system? I see the 5 columns in your video, but wanted to read his detailed thought process around it.
Sir can you make demo of time blocking method in detail for students who is preparing for the compition exam. Plz it's my request it will help me a lot..
Good question. One suggestion is to arrange all your meetings after 11a (if possible), so that you can get a solid 2 - 3 hours of focused work done every morning (8-11a) Another is to have "meeting days" - days where you are interacting with other people, say M, Th, and "maker days" - days where you focus on getting work done, say Tue, Wed, Fri. How much control do you have over your schedule?

What do you do when 40% of your week is scheduled away in meetings that fragment your day?
