🤔 I'm gonna be honest, I can't say yes or no for the wok. But maybe someone can comment and give you a yes or no. I have never used a Wok for my spanish Rice. And when I had a Wok, but I used it for left over rice.

I love it when you say "You can taste everything" This recipe is really that good. But you scare me when you said "High heat" because i always make mine on the lowest heat for the final 40 minutes. I just made some last night but rather than using pigeon peas i tried Garbanzo beans. sadly, the garbanzo's where to tender when done but i will remember how you waited before adding the green pigeon peas.

When you do this rice, when you're adding all the ingredients/seasonings, put it on low... Once you add the water, put it on high for the rice can dry up. Once it's dry, put the lid on the pot and put it on very low... Also, I love Garbanzo Beans... Yum. You can make this rice with any beans of your choice... Thank you so much for watching this video... Have a good day...🤍

No you misunderstood, I have high blood pressure. I make mine with no salt on the rice. I just add the ingredients, and put very little salon. ☺️

Soy Mexicana & I don’t use measurements either. I measure w my heart & my ancestors tell me when to stop 😂. I’m gonna try this recipe! I didn’t find green sofrito at the store Ima use the red one 😅 is there a difference? Is it better w the green one?

You can use either or. I work with whatever I have in my kitchen. LOL. Girl, me too... I don't measure at all. I've been doing it recently ONLY because I know some people wants measurements. Leave it up to me, I wish I can do videos of me cooking and saying what it is (without telling them how much I added). LOL. You had me laughing with the Ancestors part.🤣... Amen to that!!! May you have a lovely day, hon.🤍

How can I make it with less salt. Ay la blood pressure. 💯👍

They sell Abodo with low salt, and they sell the Sazon with NO SALT - it'll just gives your rice that beautiful, red color... Buy it to make it with less salt. Also, you can still make it the exact same way I did in this video, just use a little bit of the Abobo, Sazon, etc.... Remember, it's your kitchen. Add to your liking. Add more Sofrito, Fresh Garlic, Etc. to enhance the flavors and LESS of the Adobo (or anything that has Salt inside). Why not use Paprika OR a product called Bija (for a nice color to your rice, instead of Sazon) and use regular salt (instead of the adobo/Sazon/Ham Seasoning/etc)? There's many ways you can tweak this recipe. I hope all my tips helped.🤍
