Now I saw what MG Char Zaku 2 1.0, my curiosity is satisfied specifically the hand part. Although I have budget for 2 mg, I'm limiting myself on 1 mg then save up again been thinking if should I pick mg astray noir or Mg char zaku 2 2.0(for individual finger articulation and gonna take a pick doing Orga Itsuki death pose but with the middle finger)
I still love the look of the 1.0. The 2.0 looks too different than the anime-version. This is a great balance between realism and anime proportions -- just that the tech is just too old.
i remember have this old MG, but tristar ver. sience the frame is similar like zaku char or reguler zaku. i can tell you the HIP frame joint ( between leg and hip) is weak, very carefuly if you want to disamble. if broke, just drill of center joint, add brass rod and fill with superglue to avoid broke again
Such a shame this is held back by the fact of being 28 years old... if it were younger but kept the design visually I would adore this to bits, like the RX78 2.0

Thanks for the tip. I'll keep that in mind as I go through the other versions of this kit and when the time comes to paint.
