Liquid line band Karne ke bad suction band karke aur agar chahe to band hone ke bad discharge band Kar de.....main liquid aur suction line hai ...pumpdown ke lie Baki otherwise dusara Kam karna h compressor me liquid line me koi jarurt na h to aap discharge band karde unit off hone par
Jab gas ko condenser mein hold karte hai to liquid line yani ki discharge line ko close karte hai uske baad fir suction line ko.
Bade unit mein Gas recovery unit(GRU) ka istemal hota hai jisme gas ko store karne ke liye cylinder ka istemal kiya jata hai.

System acha se vaccum karke oil charge kare filter dekh ......aur jab itna Sara Kam hua h to mechanical kuch folt hoga samne open rahne par hi check kia ja sakta hai

This is air cooled chiller.... almost both are same process ....some little difference.Some day will put a video of oil charging water cooled chiller .
