Besides more skyscrapers, we need proper roads for the future of JB as well. The current roads will not be viable as traffic congestion increases with more cars. Additionally, we need more efficient public transport, such as improved bus routes and better bus stops. We should also prioritize pedestrian-friendly and bicycle-friendly roads and walkways. And why are so many malls starting to remove bidets from their toilets? Are we living in the US now? What region are we actually in? Also, please create more parking spaces around business areas. If you want to attract more customers, why reduce parking spaces, forcing people to double park or park illegally on the streets? And please improve the Larkin Sentral facilities, that damn old building look ugly, even the display are not working, the toilet, ticketing system, the schedule of arrival, the drop-off passenger area, and so on is so chaotic. You have the budget to improve the station, but not focusing on the efficiency, crowds control, traffic, interface, and signage, these are as important as how the building looks too.
My personal opinion, Jb city really doesn't really do well with city planning. It looks ugly. Even when people praise this tall buildings, for me its just looks like the city planner randomly put tall building near low density commercial area. Traffic wise, its out of the window.
Build better reliable public transport, not parkings or new roads, because that'll just worsen the traffic in future and also car parks are ugly, build pedestrian friendly spaces where people dont need cars to enjoy their day... It takes time but that's better, less congestion yet more people
Instead of juxtaposition of the towers architecturely, the towers are too close to each other! A single most common mistake by designers, architects, planners and developers for their lack of indept expertise and experience.
although i couldnt agree more but this is the reality of $$$. many local developers are always attracted to maximum profit compared to value creation for the purchasers. and we havent go into the quality and material standards. developments may have high qlassic scores but it doesnt reflects the quality of material used and the detailing of the specifications, especially in high rise building considerations.
@@mobilespeedKSL sebab dia company property boleh tahan kaya tu... Siap ada bas sendiri pulak tu kalau dari JB Sentral... Sebab tu Singaporean ramai pergi KSL sebab ada kemudahan bas... Patut Holiday Plaza pun amik peluang adakan bas sekali... Baru boleh hidup..
Could I ask why the JB buildings all have that carpark on the bottom, Ground floor/First Floor, like the building is sitting on top of it? Is the only reason that it's cheaper than to dig underground? Is this common all over Malaysia, KL too? Is this architecture unique to Malaysia?
It is uncommon to have car park on the ground or first floor unless it is residential, nope for commercial. It is cheaper to build above ground, also it allow natural sunlight to come in and better air flow.
