Great video, excellent story telling... But. How does a professionally trained athlete(s) forget to tie a disaster knot in the end of your rope? Unless it’s in there under the pile... but 6:58 doesn’t look safe in rope ends haha.. 🤷♂️❤️
The intro certainly gave that impression. With some nice weather it can look very different... granted "nice weather" occurs on maybe a couple days of the year though xD Also, the unquarried areas are far more scenic.
Absolutely disagree. They did a good job of capturing the moody, comfy atmosphere of this place. And I guess the weather is part of that. If you don't get it and prefer sunny skies 365/24/7, you should probably stick to watching the usual clips from Spain/France. Waiting more than six minutes to see some climbing footage might be a bit long though - but then again this was never meant to be climbing porn, so ...
beautifully done, makes me want to move there. Love the way you did the colour in this.
Loved this ep!!! More spotlight stuff like this please!! Beautiful cinematography :D
Really good video. Lovely jewellery. Awesome climbing. Nice place and way of life.
Looks rad!
Stunning footage of the quarries Matt! Is it selfish to hope they don't become a world heritage site?
More videos like this!
Less bouldering movies, with dubstep background music and cheesy drone overflights.
This was lovely. Thanks Matt! Don't listen to the naysayers.
For some reason, she inspires me a lot more than Adam Ondra does...
wow, that wall looks amazing O.o
Only just seen this but love it. Should have been the sequel to 'grit kids' though and called 'Slate Mates'
“Come on legs, do ur stuff”
each leg only had one job
Did she not say, "push me up"?

BEST CAFE.
Well that was nice wasn't it :)
The place looks nice and the shops but can you just climb now
Amazing climber, lovely woman I need to get to North Wales to climb looks amazing.
Nice Japanese saws there.
What is the purpose of using double ropes in that situation? For rapping?
Reduces rope drag if your placements are far to the left/right. It's very common in British trad
We went to Pete's eats a few years back and can honestly say the breakfast wasnt the best it looks like we had someones leftovers weren't the best.
Is she related to Pete Whittaker?

@@Adamjen gray sky - gray water - gray rock.. Wasn't the best weather to make a movie like this, I guess ;))

Look at that incline. You could walk up that wall. Is that even a 10.anything?
Don't be thick mate, that route is E1 I think, and we'll deserves it's grade.
Boring vid.
