ARABIC CALLIGRAPHY BETWEEN MANIFESTATION AND AUTHENTICITY

ضمن فعاليات الدورة الخامسة والعشرين من مهرجان الفنون الإسلامية؛ افتتح سعادة عبد الله بن محمد العويس، رئيس دائرة الثقافة في الشارقة، ومحمد إبراهيم القصير، مدير إدارة الشؤون الثقافية في الدائرة، مدير المهرجان، معرض “الخط العربي بين التجلي والأصالة”، الذي يقام بالتعاون مع جمعية الإمارات للفنون التشكيلية.
‎حضر الافتتاح د. محمد يوسف رئيس الجمعية، إضافة إلى عدد من الفنانين المشاركين في المهرجان، وجمهور كبير من محبي الخط العربي.

Within the activities of the twenty-fifth edition of the Islamic Arts Festival, His Excellency Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Owais, Chairman of the Department of Culture in Sharjah, and Mohammed Ibrahim Al Qaseer, Director of the Cultural Affairs Department in the department, inaugurated the exhibition ‘Arabic Calligraphy between Manifestation and Authenticity,’ held in collaboration with the Emirates Fine Arts Society.
The opening was attended by Dr. Mohammed Yousif, the president of the society, in addition to several participating artists in the festival and a large audience of Arabic calligraphy enthusiasts.
