Appreciate your community and good nature to help others starting out. You're probably the most genuine of all I've seen. Some have steered me into getting banned on places like Linktree for following exactly what they said to do to "make money".
Shimmy, thanks always for the motivation and information to help us become successful in POD. Unfortunately I haven't had much success but I'm wondering, is just using Etsy an okay strategy starting out? I would like to create my own store but I do like the simplicity (okay well not that simple) of just having an Etsy shop. By the way I'm the exact same way with jumping from thought to thought, idea after idea. It's hard for me to focus on one thing for a long time most of the time. Sadly this is evident for I am a T-shirt designer, beat producer, video maker and editor with a music playlist TH-cam channel. Then working a full time job makes it harder to get things done on top of all that. What advice could you give to someone like me who wants to do all these things but get too distracted from all of them at one time?
The designing part and mockups is easy for me since I am really creative and always have new ideas, however everything else is so hard, can’t really outsource it to anyone so I gotta do it. At least I have 500+ designs now 🤣 but I think I’ll start with 100 best designs that I think would do well and we’ll see how it goes. ✨
Nice!!! Sometimes new ideas isn’t necessarily a good thing. Especially at the start. I find a lot of designers struggle even with designs because they’re assume they’re good because they’re a designer. Don’t fall for that trap.
