mastering Creo by examples 39 ( moving belt)

This is great. I am having one issue. When I animate the baffle on the belt to move, the whole assembly is flipping around. I have set the base and the belt parts as rigid-fix but still the whole thing flips. The baffle does move properly though. Any ideas? Funny, because the first time I followed this tutorial it worked perfectly. There has to be something simple I am missing. Thanks.
