This is a wild take but I honestly think us losing these last two and exposing weaknesses before the playoffs is the best thing that could happen. Win or lose the Chiefs game, if we could get healthy before the playoffs, and tighten up, we might be able to pull together some upsets in the playoffs.
My thinking was just this id rather lose a couple now and get on a hot streak in the playoffs than win 14, 15 games in a row and lose in the playoffs 💯💪🏾🖤💛
If the offense can move and not turn the F***ing ball over, I believe they can go toe to toe with any team. Their gaffes the last two weeks cost them points and momentum.

I believe the Steelers can win also, however Mahomes has a lot of weapons to distribute the ball to. Steelers secondary has to lock in and take away those targets.
Unfortunately with both teams being healthy the Chiefs have better coaching better offensive line play better quarterback play and more Playmakers on offense along with a better defense so Steelers maybe have a 30% chance to win and I hope I'm wrong
Here's how they will shock the NFL. By going from 10-3 to 10-7, and going from being in the driver's seat and winning the AFC North to 6th seed, and then being one and done in the playoffs. I love my Steelers. Have been for 55 years. I was born and raised in Pittsburgh and my dad had season tickets for the 72' and 73' seasons including the playoffs in 72' (Can you guess what I witnessed that year... in person?). If there were a Steeler fan HOF I would be in it. But I think it may be time to move on from Tomlin, Smith, and Austin. Way too conservative in the play calling to the point of being easily predictable. We are loaded with talent. In fact, I haven't seen this depth of talent in the Steelers in a very long time. It's an embarrassment of riches especially with our DB and linebacking core. We have the best RB tandem in the league and one of the best TEs as well. Our WR room is talented enough and a future HOF QB. So when you have this much talent and you're not dominating everyone? There's something wrong and it's not the player talent--it's the lackluster play calling and not using or barely using all the offensive weapons at your disposal. In the last 2 games, Freiermuth caught just 3 passes in each game and Darnell had zero throws to him. WHY??? Where is Mike Williams???? He's caught just 4 passes in the last 2 games and we're not throwing to him more??? Especially when your #1 WR is out??? This makes no sense to me. ARE WE TRYING TO LOSE GAMES???? You have 2 of the hardest, most difficult runners to bring down in the NFL when they break through the line with Warren and Harris so if the running game isn't working get them downfield to catch passes that will get them in the open field right away one on one with DB's. Why are we not using Fields in a run/pass option play (RPO)---where Fields lines up as a WR, goes in motion behind Wilson, Wilson flips the ball to him, and Fields runs wide. Is he going to run? Is he going to throw downfield? This would be a nightmare play to defend for any defense. AND... if the offense is stagnant and we aren't moving the ball, go into a 2-minute offense or no-huddle for an entire series, or for 2-3 series in a row. This always works even against the best defenses because it gets them on their heels, and doesn't allow them to read the play or substitute players. WHY ARE WE NOT EXPLORING THESE OPTIONS??? They say one of the signs of insanity is to keep doing the same thing and expecting different results. I used to be a fan of Tomlin, but winning just enough games to keep from having a losing season isn't cutting it for me anymore. Beating doormat or borderline doormat teams is nothing to brag about and shouldn't impress anyone. If you want to be a Super Bowl-caliber team, you need to beat the elite teams, and we're nowhere near to doing that. The Ravens beat themselves in the first meeting, we're lucky the Eagle's score wasn't worse than it was (163 yards of total offense? Are you f**king kidding me?) and the Ravens dominated us this past Saturday. I think we're losing on Christmas Day and even to the Bengals. It's time for a change---NOW!!!
