It's really cool how the devs reused so much assets from BFBB when developing this game. One thing you didn't mention, but I believe I told you previously, is that the scrapped BFBB robots scattered around Shell City, Dead Ahead are actually pieces of Fodder with Hammer's textures applied to them.
Slightly unrelated but so many levels from this game creeped me out as a kid the goofy goober music in the factory always gave me an uncanny feeling, even to this day.
Great video Koopa. There was a lot of new things I learned about Movie today lol. Tbh, I was completely unaware about the signs telling you to double/single jump in Rub a Dub Dub. Reminds me of Sand Mountain’s way of doing it in which it’s on the platforms themselves.
I’ve been playin dis game for ages since I was like 3, and I barley knew most of this stuff, good vid man, I’m wantin more Movie Game content like this for ages and dis is a fresh breath of air for me
Great video man! A cool fact about movie that you didn’t mention is that the sound effect used when picking up an extra is the same one used as the upgrade sound in Tak 2 the Staff of Dreams on Nintendo GameCube! Another fantastic Nickelodeon game! Great video man! :)
@@koopaeliminator4148 could be but I think the sound was made for Tak 2, I know a lot about the development of the Tak trilogy I got to interview some of the people involved! they both came out the same year but Tak 2 predates movie by a couple weeks Tak 2 was October 10th 2004 while movie was October 27th 2004
There is an interesting fact i discovered that i would like to add. At the end of Shell City, Dead Ahead, you have to destroy the last TV to end the level and trigger the boss fight. However, if you fall down while throwing the melon at the TV, it can happen that you die at the same time as the TV gets destroyed. After that, you'll respawn but the TV is still broken with the boss fight not being unlocked. Since destroying the TV is the only way to trigger the boss, this completely softlocks the game and makes it impossible to progress! This happend to me on the PS2 version btw. But i guess it could happen on all the versions.
That's something I never knew about the mr whiskers boss fight. That's a rather interesting detail I always did find that boss theme rather out there compared to the other bosses themes
I've been watching Purple_Foundation's videos lately, great to see another fan. He actually broke the WR for speedrunning all collectibles a couple says ago. With the combat arena enemies I was always confused as a kid about the enemy skins being different than the current level, especially the IRD one, but now it makes more sense. This is such a funky game with lots of quirks. Great job on the video man, ut was fun to watch this ine after the BFBB 50 fact video I saw yesterday
Amazing video! I didnt know most of that and I love this game. It's weird how obviously wrong the monster's stomach looks without he acid in the slide level, the walls textures are so stretched out on the floor lmao.

I'm Suprised they did
Great vid! Never even realized Patrick mentions waking up in IRD, and Dennis being a fancy Popper is pretty funny. Good stuff!!

Ok that Frog Fish one is both super surprising but also not surprising considering how “not” SpongeBob it sounds 😂
It's so unique too 😂

Loved this game, grew up on it
Dude, I literally knew very few of these facts, especially the frog fish track not being from the movie game. That's all so fascinating!

I didn't mention it because... I didn't know that. lol
It's likely a stock sound effect.

Try watching "A better schedule for Nickelodeon's main block" by Evan Rosman
