I love these videos, but always get annoyed when professionals use the term 'natural' to describe a product. 'Natural' doesn't mean anything! It's just a widely used marketing term used to indicate that the product doesn't have harmful ingredients (and it may well not), but there's actually NOTHING that qualifies a product (food or otherwise, horses OR people) as 'natural'. It's just a marketing term.
