I love Sea Elegy's remix of free from fear, and think it's one of the best remixes of a save room theme.... but THIS alternate save room theme is amazing... I've had it on repeat all day today... Literally popped up on an RE music playlist TH-cam made! Great work!^^

While I do like RE7’s save room theme, it’s not much of a theme. Your save room themes are. I love this one in particular. I wish Capcom would get a smaller team to make two fixed cam Resident Evil games. One telling the events of Jill and Chris taking down Umbrella in Russia and one with Leon and Krause dealing with the Veronica virus in South America. Give those games a more horror vibe, make the stories have more depth, and have you do the music. Chef’s kiss.

@@SurvivalSpheres Based on the demo it definitely feels like a departure from convention. There was no hint of any of the existing characters. But then, it could have been a "prequel" demo and all of that is introduced in the actual game. Totally immersive and gruesome though. Almost reminded me of Condemned: Criminal Origins. It had a psychological element to it.
I won't be playing it on account of the 1st person perspective though. 1st person makes me terribly motion sick.

Stepping out if the dark, I like the sound of that. Maybe the main protagonist has escaped a dark place full of monsters, and soon got rescued by a group of survivors. Sounds like Factory of Darkness.
Another thing, Factory of Darkness is a very dark game, so much so that you'll have the lantern equipped for the majority of the game.
I like lanterns :-)

The main character soon requires a special lantern that produces a brighter light.

It seems with many of these vids that there is just *that 1* hater that keeps disliking, both with many older and more recent ones. Lol. Maybe that's Wesker or something. Being a douche while eating an apple with sunglasses inside.
To be honest, I kind of took this person to my heart. Every time I see him rush to react, I feel a certain warmth. It's a very personal way of telling me: "I'm always close to you, because I care for you so very much."
