Hello Christina, this song is in 3/4 time, so you are counting 1 2 3 - 1 2 3 - 1 2 3 ... and over that count I am strumming down, down up down where is each down stroke is on a number count and the up stroke comes between the 2 and 3 count. So it could be helpful to count like this: One, Two and Three... That way the up stroke is played on the And. I hope that makes sense - I'll try to spend more time on strumming patterns in future video's. Also, my guitar is tuned to a standard (normal) tuning in this video, but I have my capo on fret 2 which causes every chord I play to be two steps higher than normal. So when I play a G chord, it sounds like an A chord. Sound good? Hope it helps and may God bless you greatly!!

how do you play it in Eb I'm trying to learn it for my church
Hi Spikes, you could move your capo up to the eighth fret and play it exactly how i teach it. Putting the capo on that high though will sometimes cause the guitar to go out of tune slightly, so I would tune your guitar with the capo on to be sure you are right on. Another option is to put the capo on the 3rd fret and play the song in C. Hope that helps and God Bless you brother!
