I have been collecting antique brooches (yard sales, mostly) for years to make into napkin rings for Christmas. I'm a bit leery about taking the clasp off, and using glue, but I love how yours came out!
If they are antique I would be hesitant too unless you are 100 percent sure you want to repurpose them

Fantastic video. I'm planning on doing this DIY for my wedding reception, however, I'm also a party planner and I can use those napkin rings over and over again. Question, may I use E6000 glue instead of the gorilla hot glue?
