Hey guys if any knowledgeable individual sees this and has time to answer a question- is the combo of MRA's and ACEi's primarily discouraged due to the risk of hyperkalemia? I feel like the guidelines lead you to believe MRA's are the next therapy to add after BB and ACEi's but then say not to use MRA's with ACEi. This slightly annoys me.
