I guess I would say that if you are Norwegian or know Norwegian culture and life style well, you will, or may find this kind of amusing. If you don't know Norwegian culture well, you will easily be mislead by this guy. Humor-wise, quite good, Information-wise, quite worthless without solid background. 😊

Traditional childhood songs and stories often speak of a lesson to keep children safe. Monsters in the woods and lakes to keep children careful in the wild or around waters. Stories of witches, or some other creature trying to kidnap/kill/harm/steal.
Children or defenseless creatures outsmart bigger scarier creatures from getting tricked/kidnapped/hurt/stolen by being cleaver. Things like that.

The national food is Fårikål, which is lamb in cabbage. Traditionally, Norwegians on the coast have survived on fish and potatoes. Fish is still an important part of Norwegians' eating habits. Frozen slices of bread are the result of long ski trips in winter.
Several decades ago there were interviews with Americans on the street, and some thought Norway was the capital of Sweden. Since then, it has become a joke in Norway that people in other parts of the world think Norway is the capital of Sweden. Back then, Sweden was a successful nation with international brands such as Volvo, Saab and IKEA. Norway had no such thing. We were not noticed until we found oil and became rich.
