That mouse school was sooooo cool!!
Yeah 1970s Enesco worth about $20
Happy Monday everyone!!!
The yellow stripe lidded sugar bowl is a pattern in the Wedgwood MIDWINTER line. popular late 70's and 80.s
Yes, Midwinter 'sun' pattern - usually you don't see them with the lid. That's a usd35 item at retail.
I really liked the pink glass that was put back. Mismatched pink glasses looks really modern on a table setting, pretty too.
Elephant looked old to me lol
Could use in a bathroom with the pink trinket dish.
Enesco felt Mice in glass from the 70's can do very well. 50 and up. I sold a rare one for over 200.
Avon jewelry is so underrated.
@@deborahoverton7733 I agree!
Yes it is I have some from the 80’s that is still in perfect condition and I wore it all the time. It was quality stuff.
Loving the tiny frame with the 1900s quilt.
I picked up an Avon pin over the weekend. Turns out it was worth $64.00. Ive sold the Avon Advent calendar for $175.00. Some avon is still collectable
The 'ruins' on the plate is of the Parthenon in Athens, Greece. A very famous ancient monument. You do pick up some nice items, I liked the pink glass you put back 😄
I love that pink Franciscan glass, I would love to have a whole set of those!
That is Fostoria, if Jocelyn doesn't have a set, I have a 6 piece set of the Tumblers in my booth I can pull for you and list them on NikNax... they are absolutely gorgeous in person ~ Yvon
I had that Avon bird along with a bunch of Avon pieces that my mother had collected in the 60s & 70s that i finally donated. The value never increased, lol. Think it will be 100 years at least.
:-) I love when I find $100 I forgot I had ... or, in my case, it's usually more like $10 I forgot I had. 😅
Lol 💯 (like $10) 😂😂
@@sherricook3161 I get giddy over couch change
I love when I'm doing laundry and I find money in the washer HAHA ITS MINE! And then bonus I find some in the dryer too! I always take it and hide it away !
I literally just picked up that double handled floral brown vase from Czechoslovakia 2 days ago. I saw it was only selling are $12 but I love it. It makes my heart happy! So funny to see you find it in your goodwill all the way in Pennsylvania! I’m in Coloradi
I wish more resellers picked up Avon because whenever I see it, I buy it. I love most Avon.
Another great shopping trip. Thanks for sharing!
giggles, I started picking up all the cute Avon critters about 4 years ago if they were under $3... and viewers have sent me some to help the collection towards completion...it's kinda epic when you see so many all together ~Yvon
@@YvonThriftyRichThat's so awesome! 😀
I am tempted to pick up Avon stuff on the off chance they make a big comeback 😊
@dzv2cf Heck, I do. But I buy the pieces I love. So, hopefully, I will be able to part with some of them.
That was a great goodwill. Loved the effort in the end isle displays. Prices were good too.
Love that fuse glass trivet. Hearing "voices" 😆 🤣
Yes it’s like when a child yells momma and every mother in the store turns their head😂
Digging the B-52s in the background
Shhhh..
We're not supposed to hear the music!
She came from Planet Claire!
@jennielee3977 She drove a Plymouth Satellite, faster than the speed of light
The pot at 8:15 is Midwinter Stonehenge Sun covered sugar bowl; 15:07 is a W.Germany, fat lava, probable Scheurich. Also right at the start, next to the hand blown glasses you picked up there's a blue white flower brick; all of those should have about a $35 listing price at least. The lil pink goblet is gorrgeous, too bad it was an orphan!
Sugar bowel, Stonehenge midwinter, made by wedge wood
I’m really surprised you didn’t get the mouse school. 😅😅
They are candle sticks, but they do not look like French Ivory, the uneven striations in these suggest they are more likely the real thing (eg, not French). 🐘If these are right, then they are quite rare.
Those wooden boxes! 🥰
There isn't a single Goodwill in my area in Michigan that has anything for 1.99 not even coffee mugs or 2.99 for that matter. Seems like everything starts at 3.99.
I just went to my local Goodwill today, and a small clear glass candle holder (not crystal) was $6.99!!! Not even for the pair…$6.99 each!!! Absolutely crazy! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Yes I'm here in Mi too. Prices are almost criminal. Items sold in past at dollar store for one dollar are 2.29! Do they think we have lost our minds?
We can get coffee cups and glasses for.99
@@joyannkime4055My local Goodwill was selling Dollar Tree plastic baskets for $6.99 each! I even brought it to the attention of the store manager & she said there’s nothing she could do about it. This was 6 months ago. I walked out & haven’t been back since!
Here in Arizona there was 2 used bottles of shampoo for $4.99 each. They are $2.98 at Walmart NEW!
Loved meeting you Joselyn (this is Sandy and Kurt from Southern WI) if you ever come our way, Antiques on Pierce (2-3 floors, Columbus Antique Mall is WI largest multiple floors takes most of the day) and Elkhorn Flea Market is May-Sept once per month (dates vary so check first). Misty has done these and maybe Peter would join. Blessings always 💕
lol The fancy mug with the crystals on it was a Thanos Gauntlet mug and the crystals are infinity stone. It's from the Marvel super hero movies
I didn't know the Franciscan glasses came in pink, I have the green but now looking for the pink.
If you want that exact color and design please know that one was actually a Fostoria in the "Sorrento" pattern, similar to Tiffin Franciscan Madeira but prettier imo ... I have 6 of the tumblers and they are so quality and gorgeous!!
What a fun challenge to see what you can find. Great finds. Please Stay Safe Happy and Healthy Have A Wonderful Day
You're hilarious. Mom's are always watching, lol. Even when we are adults!
I like that green lamp with flower of course I love green
5:10 that soap dish is gorgeous!😮
i loved the pottery mug you left behind..
Thank you for the evening show.
The sold price for that Cat and Frog bulletin board on ETSY was $48.00. Wow.
The MCM sugar bowl is made by Midwinter (England ) my personal obsession
At 7:47, I believe that was a stone bowl, not glass; agate/ quartz/ onyx/ chalcedony possibly. If so, it was probably worth a good bit, and I wish it were mine!
I dated a guy that always had a$100 dollar bill stashed in his wallet. He called it his Blonde money.
My old boss had one in his wallet. He called seed money…. He hoped it would sprout.
Hi there lamp lady very good video you pick out lovely things .thank you.xx
I don’t understand why people put back beautiful vintage things up that are made in Japan.
About 20 years ago a Japanese woman told me he grandmother and aunts that worked
in those factories were buying back items they painted as young women. They recognized their own work 😊
I love buying the Japanese piggy banks. They’re gorgeous
You may get your wish about Avon coming back around. I recently read where Avon and Tupperware were going out of business.
Hey how is your booths doin I miss seeing you and your mom decorating for the seasons do you still have them have you sold much out of them please give update and show us your booths more please
Gee, I liked the vintage piggy bank
Our California goodwill doesn't take $100 bills 😒
Goodwill has raised prices in my area 😮
My sister had that bulletin board in the 1970's!
You found some good items. 😊
You can use those salt dishes for olive oil great for dipping I’m glad I’m not in store I saw too many things I liked😂
I think you need every single pottery mug.
It would be funny if it was a cat teacher teaching the mice school 😂
Why don’t t you keep a basket full of bags in the back of your car?? I do.
I always have some cash. At least 100.
I have been shopping and their card machines were messed up. ⭐️
Loved the little mice. So cute💜
At 17:50 I think the aluminum disk with the copper on it could have been the Acropolis.
Morning Jocelyn lv Ann uk ❤️❤️❤️🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
lol the spaghetti in the food-safe (unsafe?) milk glass 😁
That vase screams 1990s colors to me. 2:32
Pretty sure your English lidded orange jar is midwinter
😂😂I had to rewind because I heard skull 💀 😂was glad to see SCHOOL 😂😂😂😂 love watching goodwill shopping ❤❤
I was in our I'm Mechanicsburg Goodwill yesterday and it was cash only as well. Guess it was company wide.
The little chef salt and pepper shakers were great! We're they damaged? You didn't get them. Would you have purchased the lusterware ones if there had been two of them?
Your goodwill is definitely not related to mine! I live in texas
Me too and our goodwill stores aren’t anything like the ones on TH-cam
Right? They suck lol
Not related to California either
@@peggyfiedler1556 mine either! I’m in AZ. Must be an east coast thing. Goodwills here are expensive!!
I am in Ohio and all of ours were the same way cash only they had major problems today I guess
Goodwill doesn’t accept $100 bills in my area.
Interesting finds today
The utensils were interesting.
You need to come visit Coshocton Antique mall in Coshocton Ohio
In Texas it also seems that everything starts at $3.99.
Another challenge! I am sure you will succeed 😊
Since when isn’t made in Japan desirable? That dish with the salts included?
Yep. Vintage lusterware tray and salt cellars. Really beautiful set in a color you don't see often. I was very surprised when she put it back.
That’s so bizarre, I live in NY and went to Dollar General yesterday and they had the same sign? Hmmmm
pyrography boxes!!
It was cash only today in New Jersey as well!!!
In MN too. They were switching to a new POS system and were unable to process credit card transactions. I had to run to the ATM as well. No $100 bills in my purse 😝.
Don't pass up the computer keyboards-the ergonomic ones sell fast for $40.
Great video 😊❤
Not sure if it's true or if it's rumor I understand the big change in Goodwill thrift stores are going for not for profit to for profit stores so you're going to see prices fly on up there
Thats the 2nd time someone had $100 stashed and needed it. Good idea
I have an idea for a theme, Vessel or pencil holder
I have never ever come across anything worth of value in a goodwill.
The Parthenon? on the metal plate.
Plomb=lead. So lead crystal.
If their internet goes down their cc machines can't connect, maybe that was a problem!
Thanks
Love videos
I heard Avon went out of business?? So maybe it will come around sooner than later. And I heard Tupperware went out of business too… so sad it was around a long time
I heard that tupperware quit busibess, too.
I believe that Tupperware filed for reorganization and not liquidation.
The last time I had an Avon catalog in my hand, it had Baphomet on the cover front of it. Didn't order anything!
@@bossyjoyce3711 🤣
@@inmyelement2003exactly! They went from a home sales model to selling at Target. You can still buy it I think
So how do you sell a damaged item? Do you disclose it and then play up how cool it is then maybe do an auction etc?
She discloses everything & never deceitful
Do you drink out of the pottery mugs?
Try soaking that celluloid in Oxyclean
Do you have to pay tax in goodwill?
I’m early ❤❤❤
do not put candles in the candle holders!!! eeeeekkkk!
They have plastic battery operated ones that are safe to use.
