@@flavorflov6519 the abc player crashes his buster into lady instead of waiting for opponents turn to do the cl2 kombo
and the abc player has accesscode on field and does not use his effect which would've won him the game on the spot

Abc player made an illegal move. Since BRD summon eff says when, you cant cl2 it to buster drake’s search. You have to go cl1 brd cl2 buster

Incorrect. The "when" means that BRD would miss timing if it's summon wasn't the last thing to happen. When you Synchro Summon, sending the materials to grave and summoning the monster are considered to happen simultaneously, so BRD doesn't miss timing here and ordinary SEGOC rules apply. Since BRD and Buster are both optional effects, the turn player can make Buster CL1 and BRD CL2 if they so wish.
