    I just got this sewing machine out (my husband had clutter all around it) in the office. I had no idea where to begin and now, after watching your very comprehensive tutorial I feel much more confident than I did 15 minutes ago! Thank you so very much!

    How do you decide what thread tension to use? My thread keeps bunching up. It looks ok on the top of the fabric, but the bottom is all crazy and the upper thread sometimes breaks.

    Very nicely explained. I have problems threading the needle. I have followed all steps and I still have the problem. Can't figure what am I doing wrong?

    • @TiffanyGordonCosplay
      @TiffanyGordonCosplay  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      if you are having problems with the automatic threader it may be your sewing machine needle. Some types of needles have a smaller "eye hole" that the thread goes through and the automatic threader will not work for it. Follow all the steps to the end when it cuts the thread and then you will have to put the thread in the eye hole by hand. Hope this helps 😁

    Im having an issue on step 9 the thread does not go through the sewing needle. Any advice. thankyou

    • @TiffanyGordonCosplay
      @TiffanyGordonCosplay  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Could be a few things.
      1. the sewing machine needle "eye hole" may be to small for the pre threader to work with and for this you will have to thread it by hand
      2. the thread you are using is too thick for the "eye hole" to go through and you may need to change needles
      3. the position of you sewing machine needle may be off, turn the knob on the right to make sure it is in the lowest setting or turn the machine off and on again for it to reset in the correct place

    Does it work for leather

    • @TiffanyGordonCosplay
      @TiffanyGordonCosplay  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I use it on leather all the time. You will need specific sewing machine needles for leather and there are thickness limitations for leather as well.

    You didn't show how to do a backup to lock the thread in place and then move forward. .
