No, Moona already on there. Jjust render distance not rendering Moona until Coco enter
That's how it works with all NPCs. They don't render in till you come within a set number of blocks from them. It saves on server resources. Once you're within the set number of blocks, the Quest Giver renders in, and you can talk to her.
Moona is a legit NPC without even trying 🤣 It’s really cute to see how wholesome she is with all the girls in Minecraft and it’s hilarious when she decides to pull a prank on them sometimes too XD

Kaichou has always been sweet. It shows more on her casual streams than her regularly scheduled programming such as Asacoco Live or RSR. She's a tough girl for sure, but when you spend time with her during her karaoke or casual game streams, you start to see a lot more of that happy giggly dragon.
