I once recreated Spleens and Tonsils in my game of Sims 4. Every time I had them mate all the kittens ended up looking like a thinner version of Tonsils with bigger ears, and occasionally an eye derp.

Tonsils seems to be a chonky or at least fluffy Bangle cat. Bangle cats tend to make a weird chirping noise quite often, mostly when focused on prey or playing. Some other breeds of cats can learn to make the sound, but mostly more wild breeds do it. That would explain the weird noise he makes. The game surprisingly incorporated the cat's unique sound.

He must be getting out every time you log off either that or he is super athletic or doesn't get exauhsted.
Gacha kat I made a wall around it so there was no escape, plus he was like at 0 energy then went up to like 80 two seconds later-
If there is another Sim in with him/her they may get exited enthusiastic etc causing his/ her mood to go UP and if they have any ability to sleep eat drink etc. That can help with the energy
Gacha kat it was just him in the pool with nothing to eat, only the pool water to drink, and no way to escape
