    1.-what happens in your life depends largely on how you explain it. Finding opportunities in difficulties turns them into promising opportunities.
    2.-control the feelings of your mind. Once you have made a decision, stick to it.
    3.-Always be ready to improve.
    4.- respect the freedom of expression of others.
    5.- don't be afraid of getting into trouble. Because,as a human being , it is part of our nature.

    Today I have learnt the following from this book summary.
    1. Be always kind hearted.
    2. You always get influenced by your mind explanation so give always a better and positive explanation.
    3. Work on control of your mind and your thoughts. Since at end you become what you think continuously and what thoughts come in your mind.
    4. Thought becomes your action and your action becomes your results.
    5. Think about your thinking before you are thinking that what are you thinking.
    6. Things which you want to do but you are not doing this means you don't have control over your mind. And body starts giving excuses like pain sadness hunger etc.

    Day 3 learning : Book emphasizes inner power, reminding himself to focus on what he can control: his thoughts, actions, and character. The key lies in understanding nature's flow, accepting what is beyond our control, and living with purpose, integrity, and compassion. One think that I clicked that author said that consider yourself dead, you have lived your life and now what is left is given to you for some purpose. Great book!

    Kuchh achha kaam niswarth man se karna hain aur iske koi bi results ke aasha nhi rakhna chahiye yeh humesha achha results hin dega.
    - whenever someone does any mistake we should be kind at that moment without being angry. We should give him/her a chance to be good.
    --We should control our mind. Because when it think something we take action and then it becomes reality.
    -- hume dusro ko love and respect dena chahiye but apne kaamo aur apne thoughts ko hun choose karna chahiye.
    --don't change your mindset just to show off people.
    --we should respect our selves. And without any complain do your work with focus..
    --Accept all good and bad things whatever happened with you.

    Day 3 - I have learnt that
    - I have to remind my self of the mistakes I did and the way others forgived me when I recieve bad behaviour.
    - I have to practice kindness for self and for others
    - it doesn't matter what happens to me in life but how I take it matters the most...so become thankful and remove stress over uncontrollable things and change the narrative.
    - I have to be aware of what I think because thoughts becomes actions and actions produce result.
    - its my responsibility to recognise the ability of my mind and use it to my wellbeing
    - I should not allow my body to become a slave of my mind and control my minds and thoughts.
    - I have to do self reflection on my actions and become mindful of it
    - happiness is in loving and forgiving people.
    - think about the good values others possess and seek help when ever required and love them
    - I should have believe on myself and and be honest and focus on work.
    - I don't have to pretend what I am not, just improve .
    - I don't have to succumb to peer pressure
    - it is my responsibility to change my mindset and take action.
    - I have to learn to control my reaction rather than controlling others.
    - I should not let power corrupt my value system
    - kindness defines a person it is true strength
    - don't complain about the obstacle...and the obstacle will become the way

    So this is my third day of the challenge. MEDITATIONS is not just a book I believe it is a journal of the most disciplined person on the earth who teaches most importantly to ask everyday what is our goal, why are we here as humans. And yes this question is self sufficient for the humans to take actions as it has been a topic for discussion. One more thing brilliant about the book and which I do is making the problems the part of journey not a stumble rock but to use it for our self - improvement. We often times don't accept the things as it is like we need to accept world is not as we think, and if we accept it than we'll have less difficult time here. One thing I really learnt was that whenever you wanna inspire yourself see others, learn from others appreciate others. So thank You RBC for this wonderful month long challenge.❤

    Hamare thoughts hi action bante hai. Isliye hum khud ke bare mai andar se kya sochte hai ye bohot jaruri hai. Hme dimag pe control karke positive chije sochni hai.
    Agar aap kuch Kam karna sochte hai..aur kisi vajah se ap vo nhi krte...to vo apki adat ban jati hai. Jab aap kuch soche to Kam kr dijiye.
    Sochkar Kam nhi karna ye bahut pain deta hai dimag aur body ko.
    Jo Kam aap Dil se nhi krte vo autopilot mode PR aur dimag ka present mai use karke nhi krte.
    Hume Jo mauke mil rahe usme kuch achha karna hai . Hum mauke ko taal nhi sakte kyoki hme baar baar mauke nhi milenge. Hume improvement karna hai. Achha sochna hai. Aur action Lena hai.

    Day 3= today i learned about personal and professional management with people.
    Thoughts and our actions are connected.
    About forgiving the person similar like someone forgive us when we did mistakes.
    There are lots of things i learned from this like how i can make my life full of love and freedom, on taking actions continuously and also about destiny and how problems can make us improve.

    Day 3:- In prayer claiming that one should not asks the gods to satisfy a desire or prevent something feared, but ask them if they can remove the desire and be okay with whatever life gives to them &when difficult situation or circumstances come they can deal with it with calmness & overcome that period by becoming more stronger
    When you hurt others, you hurt the group and you hurt yourself.
    Setbacks or problems are always expected and never permanent. Making certain that what impedes us can empower us.
    We should focus on doing good for the others with the unknowable amount of time we have left to live

    Day 3 :- I guess , iss book ki learnings kisi bhi insaan ko motivate kar sakte hai and that also with very limited words.
    Also , the importance of Morality and ethics is also given in this book , which by the way we all should definitely follow.
    One more thing is that , I really like this book bcoz it has some points which I want to read now , so soon going to purchase this book 📚 .

    Try forgiving others whenever it is possible. Humans make mistakes so give them a chance to rectify. The quality of life depends on how you interpret things. Don't let emotions dictate your judgement and actions. Procrastination is a sign that your mind is not in your control. Always try to look out for good qualities in others, everyone has atleast one good quality. Always focus on doing good work. Develop a strong character such that all the problems of life seem weak infront of you. When you are in position of power give respect to opinion and freedom of others. Always try to improve yourself. Finding opportunities in difficulties turns them into promising opportunities.

    2. What happens in your life depends to a large extent on how you interpret it .Everything in life is related to this explanation

    4.Thoughts become actions and actions become results
    5. If you can control your actions , think and work in an organized manner, your life will be tension free
    6.Think about the positive attributes of the people around you . Forgive and love them.
    7.Give importance to your opinions. We love ourself more than others ,but we tend to consider other's opinion more.

    We should strive to develoo a positive personality in ourselves. We should not harm others for it will come back to us. Dont be bothered about what others think of us. It is foolishness to chase fame and praise, these are temporary happiness. Stay balanced and neutral and dont react to circumstances. Most of the problems are in mind and can be solved by looking at the positive side.

    Take small steps and Be happy
    Be autocratic
    Be honest and take action
    Learn from everyone around you.
    Life is short.
    Help yourself and others.
    Be mindful of your judgments.
    Your thoughts determine a lot.
    You're stronger than you think.
    The future doesn't exist, it can only be imagined.
    Teach or tolerate.
    Focus on improvement
    Accept and move on

    Day 3:
    Do work for your own self, be kind with others, your sole is depended on your anger issues, be thankful , be careful about your thoughts , thoughts become action and it becomes effect on results, mind & thoughts can make you a person as you want ideally but only when you control them, creat unity in society, improve own self, accept others opinion, be positive in negative situation, respect the time, choose the opportunity fast, balance in work, don't give up, be avere

    Jab koi aapki aalochna kre to soche ki woh bhi insaan Hain aur galti usse bhi ho skti Hain aur usko maaf kr dein.
    Be kind.
    Take everything positively if you can and watch your thoughts, don't blame or complain.
    Stay away from ego and show off .
    Paiso ko apne pr haami na hone de aur uska istemal soch kr kre.
    Be like your role model.

    Day 3/31 of book challenge
    This book is about meditation.
    The Five main pointers in this book are:
    •change, death, and the shortness of life
    • role and importance of the rational mind and will
    • dealing with others and accepting their shortcomings
    • avoiding the chase for pleasure, desires and fame
    •living according to nature and fully accepting its way.
    More detailed outcomes are:
    1. The evil that man does harms u only if u do evil in response.
    People will always do bad things, but what matters is we are responsible for our virtues.
    2. Desire and fame are not worth pursuing, instead, focus on your work.
    3. Universe is changing.😊
    You could leave life right now, and let that determine what you say, think, and act. As life is too short to suffer and complain.
    4. Problems are created in our minds. The only pain you suffer is the pain that u create yourself.
    5. Your rational mind is always your biggest asset. Control your mind. Your mind has great power.
