    Can you teach me the use of iron tea ☕️ pot? Thank you!

    • @MrsLinsKitchen
      @MrsLinsKitchen  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Most iron teapots you find nowadays have enamel coating inside the teapot and it's no recommended to use on stovetop. They are more like a serving teapot. Iron teapots without the enamel coating which looks shiny can be used on top of stovetop. You can boil tea or water in it.

    How do you re steep tea? Won't it get gross sitting in the pot?

    • @MrsLinsKitchen
      @MrsLinsKitchen  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      When you brew tea using tea leaves you can normally get three to five steeps. The second steep is usually the best. Pour hot water in the teapot and let steep according to the type of tea used. Then pour out all the tea to Cha Hai. Do the same for three to five times. Flavor and color will fade and usually the second and third steeps are the best. Use enough for the teapot.
