This will always be my favorite ride in the park, such an awesome experience, the smells, the movie, the movement make it feel so realistic and relaxing
It's a beautiful ride and its the sort of thing that Disney does best. My wife and I are British seniors and we dont like rides that will scare us, or make us nauseous. Soarin provides an immersive experience that thrills ànd uplifts the spirit. We have made the trip to wdw 9 times since 2000. We are now too old to have the energy to do the trip again, but Epcot and Soarin will live in our hearts as something really special.
I always get emotional on it. It is the best ride in the whole park if you are not a supper thrill person but enjoy a happy medium of all with an actual feeling of experience!! It makes you feel like you actually had a flight around the world. Our beautiful world
I remember, I was seven and me and my family came here to enjoy Disney World. This was one of the rides. I watched in awe of the scenery, and I think I teared up at the scenes close to the end. Now I'm rewatching this, 18 years old. My family isn't the same anymore, and I've lost so much. All I can do is rewatch this while in an intoxicated place I once called my home, and cry hard. I wish I could come back here again.
I’ll never forget when i went on this and there was this couple next to me riding for the first time and they were SO EXCITED. We get to the part with the elephants and they just both at the same time go “OMG THERES SMELL!” like a pair of children it was so priceless
My favorite ride! I loved doing rope drop at Epcot (summer 2019) while my family slept in. I ran as fast as my 40+ year old body could take me to enjoy riding Soarin back to back. What an epic ride! Thanks for sharing!!
I remember this ride almost 15 years ago. Pine smell when going through forests back then different show. But same ride. Excellent experience. Thanks for sharing
Recently did this ride. It’s hard to explain just how Amazing the visual is. Everything is so bright, full of life & beautiful colors. It feels Real. If you’re going to Disney you absolutely have to ride this. Fills your heart with pure joy.
Some of the scenery that they have in Soarin' Around The World is amazing, and I think that putting the ride in EPCOT was the right decision on Disney's part. Plus, I think the queues at WDW are awesome since most of them are indoors with air conditioning. You did another amazing job my friend! Keep up the great work!
Yep for sure! Soarin fits in with EPCOT nicely. I do miss the original Soarin’ Over California, but this version is just as enjoyable for me. Thanks for watching as always 😃
@@4KWDW I did recently go to Disneyland back in April and it was nice seeing Soarin' Over California back. I really think that they definitely need to keep rides different per parks to make you actually want to go to each different park and experience the different versions of the rides. I like Soarin' Around The World, but I think it does belong in EPCOT since it is all about everywhere on the Earth. :)
Here’s a fun fact when this ride first opened the Queue music was different. It was the soundtrack for a whole movie. A movie named hook and hook is an underrated movie. It has excellent music, and it fits perfectly. and if you don’t believe me look at old videos from 2006.
Back in may, me and my wife were there, i have a very bad fear of heights and all that, she did her best to convince me that it wasnt bad at all. The spilt second we got to the seats, i had a panic attack and had to get out of there, the fact that my feet would be dangling, that was the straw that broke the camels back. But after watching this video, i feel a little less guilty about leaving before the ride started, because i 100% wouldve freaked out the whole ride
Thank you so much for uploading this video! My family & I have special memories riding Soarin’ back when we visited Epcot in 2006. One of the best experiences ever 🙏
@@4KWDW I'm curious, what did you do "differently" than what's on other TH-cam videos? So many of them, the opening sequence (over the mountain) just looks too dark and/or washed out....this one has very "true to life" color and it really feels like you're there (I was on it a few days ago :) ). Probably the best one I've seen yet of this ride!
Just watched Kyle Pallo’s vlog of hitting all the attractions in Epcot…and just had to come back to this (after watching this at lunch Friday)…LOVE Soarin’ !! I love travel, and it gives us a world tour in less than 5 minutes. I love how you captured this experience…feels like I’m there. Also the music is so good! (I’m so glad that they kept the original Jerry Goldsmith themes in the rewrite!!) Thank you, 4K WDW!!!
It’s my pleasure Rick! Soarin’ really has some of the best music out of any other ride/attraction at WDW in my opinion! I think I liked the original Soarin’ a little more, but this one is just as great! Thanks for watching as Rick😃
Thank you for this! One thing, I think you are mistaking the Matterhorn in Zermatt for Mount Everest in Nepal. I am actually in Zermatt right now with a view of the Matterhorn, and I am almost 100% sure that is the Matterhorn
Chiming in with big thanks for this index! But I agree w/ P_L90: that's the Matterhorn, not Everest, and the islands are Fiji not Hawaii (I'm in Hawaii so I'd recognize the islands; also "Fiji" is named in the pre-ride queue). Lastly, I'm 90% sure that the castle is Neuschwanstein Castle in Bavaria (Germany). Netherlands has gorgeous castles, but Neuschwanstein is pretty distinctive,. Good catch w/ Iguasu Falls. I'd have assumed Victoria Falls but Iguasu Falls was likewise named in the pre-ride queue
Terrible list. That's Matterhorn in Switzerland not Nepal and that is clearly a castle in Germany and not the Netherlands. The Netherlands are completely flat, as the name says, there are no mountains like that, lol.
I love this pov mode! I have been to the Land Pavilion where this ride is also located, but I have never been on it. I definitely want to ride this ride the next time I visit Epcot! Thank you for sharing this experience. 😊

Thank you so much for the video, this is probably in my opinion one of the best rides! I leave for Disney tomorrow and I’m definitely going to ride this! My favorite part of this ride has to be Fiji because it looks beautiful and smells sooo good!
