It's the darkest and often the coldest of the seasons, but with chill and the foggy weather comes the holiday season, and ample moments for cozy retreat and hibernation. Who doesn't love curling up with a winter cocktail by the fireplace, snuggling up with a blanket and indulging a bit . Best thing about Kolkata - winter season. With pleasant days and cool mornings, winter is the most preferred season in this city. Kolkatan spends relaxing, travelling, goes for picnic. These months, lots of music festivals are on and various craft and handloom exhibitions fill the sprawling ground in the different part of the city. Waking up in the early morning and visiting Maidan to capture the beautiful sunrise in a foggy atmosphere brings out the joy of my art .
Park Street is a special nostalgic place of Kolkata. And whenever it comes to Christmas or New year eve people would unanimously give you one stop destination , i.e Park Street. A huge number of people would gather here to see the beauty of the Street.
The whole of this area would be beautifully decorated with lights, in the middle of park street one park is there, popularly known as Allen Park, This Park is mainly the main place for hosting all kind of stage shows and all during this period.
