The Tamiya kit would be a good kit of an F-15 if they would replace those horrible exhaust nozzles. F-15s haven't had Turkey Feathers on the exhaust in 40 (?) years. Get with the program Tamiya. I had to buy Aires nozzles and make them fit the Tamiya kit. If Hasegawa can make proper exhaust nozzles for their 1/72 kit, then Tamiya can do it for their 1/48 scale kit. Other than that, good kit.

They are good.. Just make sure the one you're buying is a new stock so that the decal would still be in good condition. :D

As I can remember it might be XF-19 and XF-24 from Tamiya (Acrylic Paint)
