I will do a follow-up of my learning of this solo.
Day 1: 2 hour practice time, 0:00 to 1:26 learned.
Day 2 : 2h15 practice time, 1:26 to 1:58 learned at 0.75x speed.
Day 3 : 2h30 practice time , Got it all at the speed of the video , and now trying to get it at 1.25x speed.
Day 4: (1h30 practice)stock at 1.25x speed

@@serban2139 Nope, not even an hour a day for those 4 years. But what seemed impossible 3 weeks ago is very possible now, I have almost learned the entire solo at full speed:) Exceps for the last sweeping in the fast part, that still seems impossible

Hey man! For the fast lick at 4:02, are you starting with a down-pick on that 17th fret? And consequently, is your first strike on the 2nd string (the 15th fret) an upward motion? I noticed in the slowed down tutorial you start both runs (on the 1st and 2nd strings) with a downpick, but that would mean 2 concurrent downpicks from the 1st/12 to the 2nd/15. Just trying to make sure I'm practicing it correctly!

man this stuff is just so hard. I thought my sweeping and arpeggios were on point and picking like ive been playing these arpeggios and shit for years sounds clean and ez in my own playing but then I keep trying to learn this and I realize how unperfect my arpeggios actually are when I have to play them like this. why is it so haaaard.
