Put on on my 75746, fab deck. Not toolless but pretty easy. Love it. Keeps the grass clippings out of everything. Cut quality is great. Gotta sharpen the paint off those new blades tho.
I have the 75746 as well, but I'm told the part number is 139-3265, which looks totally different than this part number. Is it a serial number issue? Or how to find out the proper one?
@@miketigchelaar4280 I’ll see if I can find my receipt with the part # on it. It’s a one piece the shape of a W. Comes with 2 blades and 4-5 mounting screws or nuts.
Toro needs a simple chute blocker (for the 42” fabricated deck) that can be closed when mowing parts of a lawn where there are leaves that just get blown out with the standard chute. I only need it for a couple of passes and the would use the standard chute. It’s a real pain to have to install and uninstall the mulching kit. The need something like that the stamped deck has.
In general mulching kits are more efficient. More thatching as well is another con. More cleaning to, if maintenance isn’t done regularly rust will become an issue.
I am trying to change a one blade mulcher mower Briggs & Stratton for some reason I don't know which part of the blades face up and face down I don't know if I've got it on upside down or right side up I don't know if I could see or hear someone to explain this to me I would appreciate it that's all I need is to know which way I'm watching blade goes on a Briggs & Stratton small mower 21 inch cut
Hi Kathy, it'll be very hard to answer that without seeing what blade you're using or which side you're putting it in. Maybe you can find your answer in this other video we did on the best blade options. Check it out here: th-cam.com/video/3-d00QuUklY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=yd2fmxe361K1f-WO
After doing the blade change on mine it started to smoke after the first few turn ons. It does not smoke now. Is that normal? Also do these engine get fairly hot on these units? Thank you.
If you tilt the mower like that for very long it lets some oil drain into the cylinders on the motor and will smoke when cranked while the oil is burned out of the cylinders.
Some people do, but the answer is no, the blades are painted and that makes the edge feel dull, after a pass or two mowing the paint will come off exposing a sharp edge
Great video! Super useful. Thanks.
Thank you. Glad it helped.

Toro was one of the first companies to have a mulching mower 1990 or 1991 then Grasshopper in 91 l helped with that first mulch Deck 😁

Do you make the same kit for the 34” Timecutter? I ordered one from a local Toro dealer but it was not the same kit you show in this video.
Great video! Have you done the next one showing the actual cut with and without the mulch kit?
No not yet. But it's definitely in the pipeline.
Can you keep the mulching blades on and put/use a bagging assembly on or do you have to put the original blades back on?
Great video!
Thank You. Glad it was useful for you.

U guys have it in stock at the clermont or winter garden location
Yes sir we do. Most likely at all 3 locations. However, I do suggest calling in to the store where you're visiting, just to be sure.
what are your thoughts on the best chute blocker to run on a ZT or stander?
Is there a similar, no tool, mulch kit for a 50” TimeCutter? I think mine is either a 2021 or 2022 model. Thank you!
The Recycling kit for the 50” is unfortunately not tool-less
Is there a similar kit for the 34”?

What is the Part# for 48 inch Z248F Zero Turn
I don't have the tools to take off the old blade, so I left it on. Is that going to be a problem ?
It should be okay, but the results will not be as good as the proper recycling blades
Do the mulch blades need to be sharpened out of the box?

What's the mulch kit for 54' deck model 75754?
Also haven’t been able to find one for 75754 model
My biggest problem is blowing grass into flower beds and rocks into windows
