Nice house but I would sure have those retaining walls looked at by qualified structural engineer as I have had experience with this exact situation and the walls ended up having to be reinforced with anchors and they were about half as tall.

The master bedroom had no windows, that would be illegal in the states, all bedrooms need windows for fire safety
