    I purchased land in kollur in the year 1984 not only me even several hundreds ECIL employees purchased plots like 355sq yards ,555 sq yards etc in survey numbers 160 to 190
    Nadella estate (Nadella Manohar) done kabja to our lands court cases are running from 20 years. Still the issue is not resolved
    Our kollur land owners association team contacted collector,MRO,Harish Rao (trs party) and other several government organisations to do justice nothing was done as favour
    So what I say public don't purchase lands in kollur from 160 to 190 survey numbers as you may face land disput problems
    I will inform you when to purchase land in those survey number incase problem is resolved

      Good thanks for the update we have land in 173 survey number and its patta land no issues and we are holding it last 55 years and in our survey number already some big shots purchased around 6 acres

      @@Raghavareddymekala Even I have clear documents about my site but I know as there are some land litications going on those lands due to kabja done by Nadella manohar so I am alerting public it is good for them if they won't purchase lands between 160 to 190 survey numbers in kollur
      I will alert public when the issue is resolved

      @@Raghavareddymekala Nadella estate done kabja to our lands they want to construct villas or apartments on kabja lands and sell away to innocent public
      So public be cautious it is not time for you to invest on flats,villas or open lands in survey numbers 160 to 190 in kollur
      I will let you know if the issue is resolved uptil then don't purchase anything in survey numbers 160 to 190 in kollur

    Sir , appreciate the efforts put in for making the video , but the prices in Hyderabad has been sky rocketing , NRI are in FOMO ( fear of missing out ) , too many unsold flats in Hyderabad, many have got rera approval , all the big investments may slowly shift to Amaravati as it’s an good opportunities for big players , if u see Hyderabad real estate it’s next to Mumbai as per economic it’s at its peak , looking many factors shall we wait for correction.
