Hi niomi I'm in my second yr of sixth form so rn I've got nothing to do. So what I've been doing is chilling and taking more care for myself. I've started workouts every morning and omg now ik what u mean when it makes u refreshed for the day. AMAZING. Also been watching TH-cam and series while also spending more time with siblings playing board games and online games whilst also trying to enjoy the sun in the garden as most as I can x

I have a love-hate with seamless underwear. They’re so comfortable, but they’re also not breathable. If I wear them at night, I end up taking them off cause I feel like I’m wearing plastic. They’re not cheap either. 🙁

Its frustrating how stuff that's good for you is expensive.... you would think it would be the other way round to encourage people to eat healthy,wear organic clothing but it's just expensive for most people. People are forced to eat junk and wear slave labour clothing but I honestly couldn't afford to buy a bra for fifty quid,I could buy one and then what....🤷🏾♀️.

I love the underwear Niomi, they look very comfortable .......you and Joe are a matched pair for sure and adorable together.....what a lovely place to be quarantined in, I’m assuming that you are able to run and walk outside, but it’s handy that you both like yoga.......here in Toronto we are allowed out to excerise, walk dogs, get food in and go to the pharmacy..........I try to do 10,000 steps or more every two days and am lucky that I have a walking buddy and yes we social distance....it’s a strange world.......take care and stay well.........Donna in Toronto

Might just be me but found it a little disorienting, would be nice to know what stage of lockdown you're at and how you're feeling when you film these - it's a nice bit of solidarity for those of us in other countries who are not allowed to leave the house. you really only need yourself! There is so much you can do without a mat or specific fitness clothes, just go for it!
If I do yoga I' do it as soon as I wake up so I'm literally in my pyjamas 😂, I would say a fitted/tight top is best just cos it gets in the way!
