Just got one of these. Very impressed with the build quality, fit and finished,...especially the fret work. Sounds and plays great -- I really like the pickups -- not too hot, clear midrange, nice topend. Looks rad!
I haven't played one of these MIK Dunables yet, but I do own a MIA Cyclops, and all I can say is that it's got the single best ergonomics on a guitar I've ever played. How so? Well, I think the best way to describe it would be to say that they've simply out-Gibson'd Gibson in every area on a guitar of this type that counts. So much so that when I recently had the opportunity present itself for me to acquire a new guitar of my choosing I decided to place an order w/ dunable for a custom bass vi. Now bear in mind I could've afforded just about anything under +/- 6K at the time, but I didn't waste a second spec'ing one out from Dunable. Anyways, congrats on your new guitar. That vanilla white finish always looks great on their stuff.
Hey the man, thanks for checking out the vid! Congrats on your custom. I’ve not tried anything from them and honestly, unless it’s Japanese made, I’ve not bought any import guitars in the last 5 years. 90% of my stuff is custom built. I know Dunable has been out a minute, I’ve been attracted to the look of the guitars so when I saw the DE series, I thought it would be a nice way to check the feel of the guitars before plunking down $3k+. I have no problem with that price, it was more of a “safe” way to try and see if they are for me or not. I may have to make the trek to their store if I can make an appointment and see if I can get handsy with a few US builds though. They’re certainly one of the coolest looking brands out.
@@JeremyVarao My MIA Cyclops literaly melts into my body when I'm playing it. Everything about it has that "just right" feeling too. I mean if you're into the whole 70s/doom/Sabbath vibe then I don't think there's anyone out there atm making a guitar more suited to the aesthetic.
@@harryanderson7282 yeah that’s definitely a vibe I’m about! I got this for a Death & Roll project I’m doing and these are killer for that vibe as well. Think like Entombed, Feral, Firespawn. Basically like if Motörhead was a death metal band.

Awesome! It’s pretty phenomenal.
Congratulations on the new guitar!
Thanks man! It's pretty killer. Very pleased with the quality of the build.
You know I am a custom build guy so I am pretty floored.

killer man what am I waiting for on these!! I like all these but the Gnarwal is the best!
Congrats on the guitar! Love that you only put a "cleans"-timestamp and when you click it it starts of roaring :D
Hey, thanks for checking it out! Really digging this Guitar.
I am a huge Dunable fan and have a few DEs and a few US models. I love the build quality and the 25.5" scale.
You sold the KSR?!
The Gemini yes, but I DO still have the Orion which vastly prefer.
Enjoy bud, a Dunable is in my future!
