kyle seems to have a good setup, nice wide tires and low pressures, looks like fairly soft compound. seems to grip well on the ice but give a cushy ride at the same time
@darcypeters nice. I haven't been up there quadding yet. We did a 4 day tour in Nordegg, then a couple of days free camping, trying to (unsuccessfully) get to Ruby Falls. The day we were going home, I lost my keys and had to get the wife to rescue me. Ah, quadding 😆
One guy said newly formed ice was a spring. Have to disagree. I'm thinking it is really cold or was really cold and the ice gets really thick, not allowing all the water room to flow under the ice. Some comes to the surface where it freezes on top. I too enjoy 4 wheeling in the winter with little snow and everything frozen. Remember to keep it enjoyable for years to come, helmets and registration would have been great.
We see more when we ride cuz we like going slower. Besides, going slower will make your machine last longer. You'll find that you'll actually enjoy the ride more cuz you;ll get to look around more. It's not a race unless you're making it one.
one time my quad fell throug ice and the pond was like 8 feet deep, we had to get the mini ex in there and the backhoe to get the thing out, and is that a renegade ur driving? EDIT: nm i saw it is a renie.
How on earth you get super low temps without snow? Doesnt it usually snow a shit ton there? Cheers from +2c raining water "winter wonderland" Finland 😁
Nothing more fun than ripping down a frozen creek some of my best times
Yes sir! Great times.
So cool. i kept tipping my head when you went under fallen trees.
Haha haven’t heard that one yet!
Now that looks like an adventure!!
More to come.

Even with mud tires it was fun. Thanks for watching!
That looks like a great time. I usually park my griz for the winter, but this year would have been perfect. Whereabouts were you?

It’s always a time riding that’s for sure.
Put some small self tap screws in your tire lugs you'll boogie on that ice
Yeah I ordered some but they never came for some reason. Maybe next year!

Wow, no snow there either! I'm in SK and we're dry too.
This is grande prairie area, we didn’t have any snow until about a week ago and now we got about a foot.
Those old timers know how to ride.

Do what
doesnt look like much of a river to me....more like a stream of a drainage ditch
They can turn into pretty good size rivers at times.
ok, no hate, but who the hell calls it " quading " lmao
I don’t think I’ve ever heard it called anything else. What do you call it?
@@darcypeters well, it might be because im from the US not canada, but we call it atving or fourwheeling
You guys are wild! I have heard fourwheeling but that usually meant like 4x4ing with trucks and such. Thanks for the info!
Just out for a rip.
Hell ya!
