i found the problem idk what kind of problem this is but my cpu utilization gets too high for no reason thats why i cant get high fps the fix i found is to open task manager which lowers the cpu utilization but after several minutes of playing the cpu utilization goes high again and i have to repeat this cycle i don't even know what is going on with my pc 😅 (this also happens to cemu BOTW but i didn't notice it there cuz i got 60fps all the time there)

Probably same or more performance :) look for single core performance, if it's better you should get better gameplay.
