UK Travel Quarantine latest update. UK Arrivals restrictions and quarantine rules in Tamil. The UK Government announced new rules for all travellers entering the UK from Feb 15 onwards. Those who fail to quarantine in a government-sanctioned hotel for 10 days face fines of up to £10,000. Travellers arriving into England who lies on their passenger locator forms about visiting a red list country face a fine of £10,000 or up to 10 years in jail. The penalties include a £1,000 fine for travellers who fail to take compulsory tests and a £2,000 fine for not taking the second mandatory test - along with a 14-day extension to quarantine. Failing to quarantine in a govt designated hotel carries a fine of between £5,000 and £10,000.

Hi, Yes, you can do UG or diploma course in the UK. You need to select a course and college/uni. Later they will give you requirements to join the course(eligibility, fees). Please check my videos on choosing UK course/uni.

You can book a private test provider before arriving into the UK.

The test provider will either send a test to your address or you can attend a testing site.
You may leave your house to post your test or to travel directly to and from the testing site following the guidance.

Hi, you have to wait till the new quarantine rules are removed, else you have to pay for 10 days of quarantine which would cost £1750 minimum for one person. No end date given yet by the UK gov.

I don't think the reason for your standard visa application will be accepted as Portugal is in red list country. also your reason of visit is not strong, i mean the license exam can wait as per gov.

Hi, Not required as mandatory to book however it is good to book before travel to avoid delays. Passenger locator form is only for your travel and stay details in the uk.
