I just bought a new construction house and they bought the interest rate down to 3.99%. Glad to see the rates staying high. I also used my commission as a down payment so I only had to put down a couple thousand to get the home. I would have never taken a loan unless I listened to you Jason. Time to let inflation induced debt destruction do its thing. I just need to live in it for a year and repeat the process.
