Finally got it after 8 attempts! My heart is beating so fast right now, you have no idea... I was so stressed near the end where the gravity changes automatically, i messed up twice for miscounting the audio cue. Ended up finishing with 4 deaths total. Soooo relieved to be done with this trophy. Thanks for the guide! Helped me a lot to remember what was coming up. The only tips I can offer to people trying it out is to use the load chapter beforehand and practice and memorize the hard sections until you are comfortable enough. Sections like the HOTEL sign, the parasite-on-head/drop the crate and jump over a spinning blade, the double crate stacking with blade and especially the automatic-changing gravity last sections. Good luck and godspeed
What aggravates me the most about this achievement is that on the PS4 version, it only nets you a silver trophy. I think it should at least be gold due to the difficulty and endurance required to get it.

I almost ruined my run with 3 lives left at 56:35 , I got so nervous, but managed to clutch it with my 5th and last attempt. This last gravity jump was brutal and nerve wracking. Also, a tip for anyone whos struggling with timing jumps etc... counting helped me a lot. Like at the Hotel sign, just count 1, 2, 3, 4... to know when to time the jump perfectly, or knock on your desk with your finger. This method helped me a lot with these types of puzzles.
I got to 30 minutes then I died for the 5th time. One of them was my fault the other 4 were fucking random... starting over. This is a great guide by the way, love it!

I just barely got this, and I died five times. I died three times in the span of about one minute which was really annoying, but I made it through the last third of the game without dying. Difficult achievement but great game!

around 45 minutes when u have to push the cart back to jump on the rails, and you have to be quick enough to not get electrecuted, that really annoys me right now :(
No, getting the eggs is not part of this achievement, you just have to complete the game from beginning to end in one sitting while dying 5 or less times.
