funny strat, this is my first 3/3, the strat is rllly annoying and hard so i dont rlly want to improve it but this run can be improved by like 3 seconds or if daseia tries he could easily beat it, ty for recording ice :)
It is an exploration track, it has a long easter egg, it has a shortcut that cuts half the lap, it has "china" in japanees, and now the wr uses the dolphin dasher
I assume because og the less weight the Dolphin Dasher can pull of the shortcut all 3 laps. The Flame Runner on the other hand would need to waste all mushrooms the first lap
The route he's taking requires him to use it, especially at the beginning, when he turns around to do the shroomless strat, and he needs off-road for that.

The top of the first roof is light offroad so it’s helpful for getting to the next roof shroomless.

I think it’s the acceleration not off road
@@glitchg14 the roof has offroad which only dolphin dasher and magi can clear, bullet bike may be able to do it but it's astronomically harder
