Fellow gabagool lovers: I'm sorry it took so long to post this! I had a weird technical glitch where my OBS software would freeze up when I recorded my screen, so I had to troubleshoot why it happened and then re-record the whole episode (not my reaction, just the Sopranos episodes) and I had a very hectic month so it was tough to find the time to do all that. But I finally did and we're back on the saddle! I saw some comments saying "she gave up on The Sopranos because the videos don't get enough views" -- that couldn't be further from the truth. We will finish the show together!
I’ve already said it a couple of times, I’d love it if you switched to single episode reactions for the last season just to prolong the fun. Also, I know what you mean about the HBO sound, except for me I always copy the “ahhh” and then make the record scratching sound at the very end haha. As always, another great reaction. It’s funny how on point you can be with your observations and predictions. Don’t want it to end but also looking forward to your reaction to the prequel movie. Keep up the great work!!
Hey friend! I don’t think we will do single episodes because that will extend the show for another year and a half on my channel! Haha We’re trying to watch another couple of really great shows, but I refuse to start them until I finish sopranos.
Of course, Johnny didn't tell Tony that it was Paulie who told him about the joke because Paulie is basically his rat on the inside of New Jersey's glorified crew.
I guarantee you that paulies mom has always acted exactly like that lol, and why are people so knee jerk sympathetic to Carmela? Shes thee biggest hypocrite in the show. She wants all the perks of being the wife of a mob boss, her big mouth literally caused a war between tony and jr, caused multiple murders in that war alone that she started. She knew before marrying tony, she knows were all the money, fur coats, diamond rings, etc etc etc come from. She is fully aware that her husband murders and robs etc so she can live lavishly but she has the audacity to turn around and judge him for what he does so she can avoid her own accountability in everything. The level of hypocrisy pisses me off.
I'd say Tony is a much bigger hypocrite than Carmela by a large measure. He gets away with his hypocrisy and his self-serving double standards because he's the boss.
You having a laugh! How did she start their beef which was brewing even before Jackie died? And while she has struggle with the guilt, her biggest issue is the infidelity which is not an absolute given. Some don’t. And Tony was bad with it and bad at attempts to hide it.
The movie that's playing while he's in the home theater room Is the fugitive with Harrison Ford. You hear Harrison Ford say I think I found the man who killed Helen.
hola! glad it’s back! and great idea for your next movie reaction! paranormal activity 4.5: the marked ones it’s PA but latino! and it’s the only one I like and you would too .p
Trivia note: the show that Ade is watching when she gets the idea of marrying Christopher to avoid testifying is "Murder One," which was on for a few years in the mid-90s.
The cold water thing may not be a big deal on its own, but it is something that she told him she didn’t like and she has allowed so many broken promises, it was a small thing she was right to expect him to respect. Doesn’t mean she is no fun, there are other pranks he could have tried, but he did the one thing she specifically asked him not to do. That is different. And don’t want o hear she signed up for it. Not all of them cheat, and few as serially as him.
Re Tony and his way with women - til up to the end of season 4 i was kinda attracted to him - a lot of women were back when the show aired. Aside from having really soulful, intense eyes, he has this thing, where on one hand he's masculine, he's a man's man, you know? Not a "beta" male. Other men respect him, he's the kind of guy who'd make sure youre safe & not let anyone disrespect you, but at the same time he would ecpect some respect from any girl he's seeing too, plus he takes his women out, treats them - And yet, theres times you see the little boy inside, you see his pain and how he tries to mask it, and when you see those glimpses of vulnerability its hard not to feel the impulse to comfort him. The mix of those two totally opppsite things can be really intriguing and attractive, plus like i said, he was in decent shape the first few seasons and has nice eyes too.
5:06 The show Adriana is watching here is Murder One (1995), which has an amazing first season. It's a season-long murder mystery/legal drama that I'd recommend to anyone.
I don't think I've ever seen someone root for Furio and Carmella to have an affair before. I mean, we all know what happens if Tony finds out. Also Adriana should have told Chris about her probably not being able to have kids before they got engaged 2 years ago. Chris anger is understandable especially since she knew he wanted them. Anyways I'm glad to see you doing more Sopranos reactions. It really is the best show
@aceitaliano88 True, it was a bit excessive, but people say crazy things in anger. His anger was justified. Imagine planning a future and family with someone for 2 years just to find out she kept that kind of secret
@@kylethompson3008only if they actually talked about it prior to proposal. If he just assumed family, and didn’t share that with her, then he’s 100% wrong
I’m wholeheartedly rooting for Furio and Carmella because she deserves a little lovin that makes her feel wanted and appreciated- tony takes her for granted and goes around having affairs left and right. So why can’t she have a little love herself? Regarding Adriana and Chris- I would’ve probably kept it to myself and never told him. Then started trying to have kids and let the doctors “break the news”. He’s volatile and a drug addict. He doesn’t deserve her, and his reaction proved it.
Since you seem to like these types of series i'd recommend narcos. Its not all that long of a series and its in spanish but its pretty good. I'd add the strain to the list as well

@@Dave-jm3zf lol! Thats hilarious! I was going to mention that she grew up around the life, but i had an "Adriana moment" even though ive watched every episode countless times. I thought she did but i couldn't remember for sure. Exactly!
Disagree. The reason Ade is a sympathetic character is she genuinely loves Chris & is trying to help him get out of the mob & get off drugs. Just because she’s low IQ doesn’t mean she’s not genuinely trying to change things for the better. Being stupid doesn’t exclude her from sympathy. It just makes it harder for her to be successful in realizing her legitimate dreams of a happier person. She’s in way over her head. Ade is the opposite of Carmela. Has Carmela ever tried to get Tony to change his life?? Carmela is more intelligent than Ade & does nothing to get her family out of a life of crime. Often we see Carm admit & face the fact she’s lives off crime & that shocks her but she never takes any action to get out. She just takes more money to assuage her intense guilt.
@@gregsgoogle2947 ya i understand why people are sympathetic to her and while those are 100% legit points which i completely understand. Wise people have said that while a higher IQ makes for navigating life easier etc. it isn't the most important characteristic a person can have. I 100% agree with that as well as the likely fact that nothing beats "character". Aide IMHO showed a lack of both when push came to shove.
@@mikimiyazaki Btw my opinions are just based on what I think the writers are trying to say. They seem to be positioning Ade & Carm as contrasting characters we are supposed to compare. Both are in similar situations but react differently in them. Same with AJ & Meadow. Both in a similar situation but they react very different to it. Meadow takes action as best she can to get away from being dependent on criminal money & AJ doesn’t. Like his mom.. AJ doesn’t really like it but he never does anything to escape it either.
