Hi, i have the exact same camery but by me there is no reset boton on that place. There is a black thing but it can not press for resetting the ip camera.Any idea where the reset button is...i really can not find it

Что скажете по камере Камера EZ-IPC-C1B40P-POE Она даже имеет кнопку РЕСЕТ, но сбросить на заводские настройки не получается, она просто перезагружается. Можно с вами связаться для консультации? У камеры "слетел" пароль после переподключения с роутера на пое регистратор и обратно. Она работает, в приложении есть картинка, но войти в вэбинтерфейс не предоставляется возможным. В регистраторе определяется, но пишет не верный логин или пароль. Техподдержка дахуа не справилась. Я им файл скидывал созданный в конфиг тул. Заранее Вам благодарен. Может есть какой лайфхак, обнулить ее?
Hi Philip , I have seen some your videos for cameras set up and NVR . I do install the cameras for clients. I got one query . I installed one 8 channel set with one new cameras and 7 old . I configured all . All working fine but when they use it on smart PSS . The videos but lag and slow and also it cuts many time and shows connection failed. I think the NVR on DHCP so my query is how I can set up static IP so that it works smooth? It would really great of you help me in this . Regards kam
you can set static by manually assigning IP address to cameras by changing the IP address as you register each camera. I have a video showing this in my Dahua playlist.

What interface are you using to change the password? How do I get to that interface?

Good question mine are outside 12 feet high on my house, how do you do that without going up on a ladder and taking the camera down
