15:49 The Gita verses mentioned (1:39-42 and 9:32-33) are not casteist, at least explicitly. The first chapter's verses do not even mention caste, whereas the 9th chapter ones merely mention the existence of caste ("varna"), not that Krishna created them. In fact, the Bhagavad Gita is actually a poor source of finding caste-based discrimination or the origination of caste (varna) in Hinduism, as far as I have interpreted it. Other sources like the Dharmasutras and the Smritis reek heavily of casteism and sexism (along with being a direct punch in the face of science). There's a reason why Dr. Ambedkar burned the Manu Smriti and not the Gita.

the simplest argument against the argument of complexity is "emergent behaviour". the simplest example is Conway's Game of Life (funny sidenote: Conway doesn't like how popular this brainchild of his is). there is a small and extremely simple list of rules of how the "entities" or cells interact and people have been able to create extremely complex looking mechanisms out of them. countless videos of Game of Life simulations are available on youtube itself.
a more organic example is that of ant colonies. the ants have very simple tasks to do: follow the pheromone trail and have a more or less equal distribution of labour. the result is a thriving ecosystem which seem like it has a mind of its own. complexity is not necessary for complex mechanisms. simplicity is greatly underrated.
The complexity of nature is formed from the simple beginnings.

People always ask me what is my last name, they indirectly want to know my caste through my castiest last name. My brother has a different experience with this, he has been treated well because of having casteist last name, he gets unwanted favours and positive opinions. I wiuld like to talk about it if we ever get on a call. You need to know the experience of someone who has a caste neutral name.
