The pump "slide extensions" came in 3 lengths, yours looks like the shortest. The Hogue forend fits the longest one which is like 6 3/4 inches I think. There might be spacers or adapters available to lengthen the slide extension, or I'm sure it's easy enough to make something. Or buy a longer one.
I like mine black synthetic pump and stock but the folding stock he used ruined it in my eyes. I’d go for a Kel-Tec collapsable stock or just a regular stock with pistol grip and rubber back.
Oh man that folding stock! Bed liner paint! Ahhhhhhh! Like the man before me said it’s your gun brother and you need to be happy with it. I thought it looked pretty good the way it was. Sorry no disrespect meant.
He already made a comment to someone below about how he's just going to keep the wood in case he ever wants to change it back. You'll probably have better luck on eBay if you're looking for some nice wood for your Winchester.
i did a video like this a couple years ago with my 1300 defender...i actually bought a phoenix kicklite stock set for it...everything fit perfect with zero mods...i chose the kicklite stock due to the extremely rugged construction and ease of install...i just put the original wood furniture back on it a few months ago because the tactical just wasn't practical...the gun actually handle's better with the factory stock set...i still wanted something tactical...so i bought an FN SLP MK1 auto loader...and installed a vortex crossfire red dot on it...i would highly recommend putting the winnie back to factory and just get a different shotty for the tactical thing you want...
I agree totally, the man should be happy with his own firearm, I’m aWinchester guy and that was hard to watch. I hope he loves it and it serves him well.
Your gun, your choice, but it was beautiful as it was.
That was a nice looking gun… I would’ve just kept it the way it was in stock form👍
Thanks. I kept the wood and can change it back whenever I want. Thanks for watching!

8 rounds in 3 seconds. It's that rotary bolt. Fastest cycling in it's category. I have one with PDX1 rounds. As well as slugs and 00 buck.
As the wise old used car salesman once told me," there's an ass for every seat".
I have a Winchester 1300 field model I would like to convert to a 8 round defender. I'm not sure if a tube extension will do it.
Had mine refurbished keep it original.

None taken. Theres no bedliner paint, i just swapped the stock. I kept the old parts and can switch back in 5 minutes.

The saddle goes better on the ATI stock itself. ATI makes one. Much better, much easier

Nah. Pistol grip stocks are just way more comfortable to me. I have them on all 3 of my Ithaca Model 37 shotguns.
i used to have an ati stock on a maverick 88, it worked great. but, when shooting from the shoulder the edges cut my cheek, i had to file it down.
Wrap some paracord to help with cheek weld comfort.
It Looks Ooglay
Would you sell me the wood furniture. Let me know
easy to buy it anywhere online.
I have the same shot gun with a bent firing pin. having trouble getting a new one up here in canada :-(
I'm not sure it needs to be painted. You can likely buy a cheap piece of plastic furniture for it if you want.
Winchester Riot Gun with an extender
What brand of mag tube extension is that?
that wood is beautiful dont ruin that shotgun
Thank you for going to the trouble of doing this video.
