I have been having this issue with fallout 4, I've reinstalled multiple times, deleted save game files, restored licenses, reboot the PS4 and nothing. It keeps giving me the same fucking error and I'm sick of it

Having the same issue with Fallout 4 on my ps4. Did the re initialize for the system even and it still won't work! Has anyone found a solution?

This happens after downloading new games. Then I notice this error is on PS3 and PS4, and not PS5. Best thing to do is report to Playstation, and then it goes away. It's a firmware problem, and not the games. Problem is no one knows what the code means, and Sony probably has the errors listed somewhere so they can repair them. I'm on PS4.
Sony has th listed but literally none of them work and they won't give a refund

Ok. But HOW do you backup your saves to the Cloud/Flash drive? And how do you get them back afterward?

Nope. I just downloaded Fallout 4 and can't play it cause of this. It's weird cause I played Fallout 4 years ago no issues on the same system. I even deleted all my saved files incase they were corrupted. Was going to uninstall and reinstall until I saw your message.

Apparently it's the dlc causing the crash. Delete the game then reinstall without dlc (most likely Automatron dlc). Bethesda are patching it at the end of April. This is what I'm seeing alot of people saying.

I downloaded again without dlc and it's working fine. Sorry for the late reply, been a long work day. 🤣. Enjoy the wasteland
I cant reinstall the original hdd, it was destroyed immediately following a ps update.

I one guy changed his hard drive and the thermal compound to no avail. I just had the screen and sound glitche and freeze and got the error code, I swapped to another HDMI cable and now the sound still glitches but not the screen and the game isn't freezing anymore, so Im hopefull that the problem can be fixed with the proper HDMI cable ,I think I might go with a 8k fiberoptic cable. I seen another video to fix the problem by removing the game and clearing the cashe by unplugging the unit ect , but I don't think it will fix the problem if the HDMI cable can't handle the job. ✌️

Bro this exact same thing has been happening to me, everytime I load up a myleague session and then quit I can’t get back into it and my game just crashes. Been going on for like a min
My new season finally started working…. It’s strange but instead of deleting the one that stopped working, I just left it up there started a new one and that one has been working fine…. So start a new one but don’t delete the old one and see what happens

Hmm I just got this playing Cyberpunk 2077 on PS4.. but I did recently slap a 2TB SSD into it via USB and transferred every game onto it..
If it happens again do I need to transfer the game back to the HDD? It loads so much faster from the SSD..
Maybe if I just delete the game and redownload it directly onto the SSD, I wonder if that'll make a difference 🤔

@@soaktinbleech1106 I use a controller on my PC? Also, it can run (through emulation) ps1/2, nes/snes, sega master system/megadrive/gamegear, psp, gamecube/wii, gb/gbc/gba/ds/3ds. I still have a ps3 and ps4 but they don't see much use now. Many Sony games make their way to Steam now, too. It's just better.
