Looks like this is the first available ME build to contain the new MIDI sounds that still persist to this day (onestop, flourish, and town), which would also carry over starting with Windows Whistler Build 2465 (for both the client and server editions). Upgrading from an older build to this build and if you choose to keep/save the files retains the old MIDI file packages that were used in Windows 95/98/NT 4.0/2000.
Windows Whistler/XP/Server 2003 development still used the old MIDI package and content however, until Build 2465 for both client and server when it switched to the current MIDI package/content. Dxdiag still used the original MIDI music until about 2002 when it switched to using flourish.mid (as is the case with the Media folder for Windows as shown in this video).
@@MarketUpdate-TVB It's that I not only have more free time at the moment, but I also have interest. Last year I had time but was less interested or motivated to do videos.
That's interesting. I doubt Me would work on my host with 16 or under anyway because it's basically the same as 98 and 9x OSes hate my host CPU for whatever reason that I'll get an error in setup preventing installation (NT OSes handle my host CPU fine it seems. I never tested NT 4.0 or under tbough)
Hey, I want to install Windows 8 buld 8008, but whenever It reaches the bootscreen, it gives me an error about the CPU. I'm using Workstation 17? What specs do I use?
I forgot what I did for earlier 8 builds but I highly recommend you check out my Windows 8 build playlist on my channel as I mention what my settings were (I may have not covered 8008 but find a build close to it) not all of my videos have my settings in the description but any video from the last two years should. Also Workstation 17 is known to have some issues that 16 does not have, so no idea if it could be related to Workstation 17.

The current MIDI package and current MIDI content was first launched on February 1, 2000.

Great video, great build. Thanks.
You usually upload a video after a period of time. I didn’t expect you to upload this video so quickly!
It really depends on how busy I am. When I came back over a month ago, I posted videos almost daily.
But once you release a new video a year later, how do you explain it?

Good videos Billy!
Windows ME 2460 actually will fail if installed in Workstation 17 due to it's new requirements.
Nice video as always!

@@Sonicrush007 I have t he same CPU as yours in my laptop and I installed 98 and 95 but NOT Me.
Also, you made a typo (tbough = though) 👈🤓
@@nordic_tech_xd 12900h? It's not the same CPU as I have a 12900k which has two more cores and is clocked higher.
And yes I'm prone to typos.
Nice 👌
Cool!
Installed this build in VMware 16
I cant think that you had show your new video in a short time.
Ahhh, Remember Cra$hing the Family 486-DX4 100 with a B00tlegg Copy of Me like it was Yesterday LOL
