You know your Loved
I am an ELCA Lutheran from South Carolina. Today (August 15), this was the New Testament Lesson (or Epistle) of the Day for those churches that celebrated The 12th Sunday after Pentecost. For those that celebrated The Festival of Mary, Mother of Our Lord, it was Galatians 4:4-7.
Hi Peter, this is Pam who often leaves comments on the Frey Life to you and Mary and have sometimes mentioned my daughter , whose account thus is.
I was hopeful that when you were moving to SC that you would see your way to possibly running an online ministry after you got moved.
Your pod casts have come to be immensely important in the past few weeks and while Mary has been a great source for Shelby when she got suck enough to have a port placed and now much worse and having a feeding tube place Mary's experiences and what she went through and dealing with things has been great support for her Shelby suddenly hit a place where the spiritual more so than the scientific was becoming important.
This is the first year in her life that she has been unlucky enough to find herself admitted as an emergency and then went from seriously ill to needing critical care in ICU with a diagnosis of sepsis, a Pulmonary embolism and acute kidney infection complicated by a cardiac issue which keeps her going back into tachycardia. She went from occasionally watching your podcasts to them being something she listens to over and over. Sadly, our church like many others no longer makes hospital visits to members of the congregation that ate in the hospital so she has felt disconnected from think of a spiritual nature and having your podcasts seemed to have bridged that gap.
Tonight her heart rate got into the 180's and none of the medications or other treatment that has worked before helped. They had no choice but to try a medication that would pause her heart for a few seconds in the hope that when it started back it would be slower. It's scary to go through cause you are awake and have this odd feeling of emptiness when you heart pauses. The first injection paused it and it restarted at a rate of 90 and then 2 mins later jumped back to 160. They tried it again a second time with no better luck. It's too much of a risk to keep trying it so they stopped at that point but she was feeling a bit odd at essentially having had her heart stopped twice.
While the doctors went off to call and consult with a cardiologist at the University Shelby asked for her phone and for me to locate one if your podcasts for her and this is the one I landed on. She spent the time the doctors were gone curled up listening to the podcast and when the doctors came back to discuss the cardiologist conclusion that it might be appropriate to shock her heart under anesthesia. The reason they put that on hold was that when they got back her heart rate was at 102, not back to baseline but slow enough to be safe.
I asked the doctor if it could have just taken the medication a while to work and he said no that it lasted in the body no more then 5 mins.
Shelby said that listening to you speak on the podcast was what helped her this time. I know some people often wonder if an online ministry can really help people and reach out to them and this is a pretty good example that it can make a huge difference.

Ephesians 5:25-27
Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her, that he might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, so that he might present the church to himself in splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish.
This is active and intentional deliverance - in addition to worship and getting the Word out about our Wonderful God and King Jesus~ specific praying of the Word in spiritual warfare- the running of the good fight of faith- a race- meaning: do not delay and keep going through to complete deliverance of the dross/ darkness/demons/spirits NOT of God so that the purity, holiness, being without spot or blemish allows the Light of Jesus Christ to shine through-- the sooner the better!!!!
God has His perfect timing- it is NOW. Work with Him daily, praying without ceasing, in the Spirit, being baptized in the Holy Spirit and the whole armor of God- for we are in a spiritual battle, for our own salvation and for others. Salvation means deliverance- let’s get the demons out of us, our lives, our families, communities, nations, etc.!!!!!!!
We will not be loved by the ‘world’... the demons will react when the Holy Spirit answers prayers...
God says in 2 Corinthians 6:2-10
Working together with him, then, we appeal to you not to receive the grace of God in vain.
For he says, “In a favorable time I listened to you, and in a day of salvation I have helped you.” Behold, now is the favorable time; behold, now is the day of salvation. We put no obstacle in anyone's way, so that no fault may be found with our ministry, but as servants of God we commend ourselves in every way: by great endurance, in afflictions, hardships, calamities, beatings, imprisonments, riots, labors, sleepless nights, hunger; by purity, knowledge, patience, kindness, the Holy Spirit, genuine love; by truthful speech, and the power of God; with the weapons of righteousness for the right hand and for the left; through honor and dishonor, through slander and praise. We are treated as impostors, and yet are true; as unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and behold, we live; as punished, and yet not killed; as sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, yet possessing everything.
The Least of these so true. ✝️👑
Is it in filling of the Holy Spirit?
i dont know if your genuine or not but one thing i noticed is alot of videos made by christian preachers have one thing in common. the false overly happy joyful face. i understand the fruit of the spirit but lets not have fake hoodwinking happy faces. just be happy when its genuine.
